Platform Disclaimer

RentalFriend is not therapy, emergency support, or professional consultation. We facilitate peer to peer conversations only. Users are fully responsible for their actions, expectations, and decisions during and after sessions.

How to Be a Responsible Seeker

• Communicate honestly and respectfully.
• Respect boundaries. Listeners are not therapists or partners.
• Arrive on time and prepared for your session.
• Keep all conversations on the platform.

Prohibited Seeker Behavior

✗ Harassment, manipulation, or emotional pressure.
✗ Romantic, sexual, or personal favor requests.
✗ Repeated no-shows, refund abuse, or chargeback abuse.
✗ Attempting to move conversations off-platform.
✗ Treating listeners as therapists or crisis responders.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal without refund.

Safety Reminders

→ Never share passwords, financial data, or contact details.
→ End sessions that feel unsafe and report immediately.
→ Any attempt to move off-platform is a violation.

Enforcement & Moderation

All reports are reviewed internally. RentalFriend reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

Decisions are final. We are not obligated to disclose investigation details. False or malicious reports may result in penalties.

Report Safety Issues

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. If you witness or experience any violations of these guidelines, please report it immediately. All reports are confidential and taken seriously.
